Equipment parts for conveying screws and foreign matter/corrosion countermeasures for the food and beverage industry.
Exhibiting at Food Factory 2021 from October 27! We offer suggestions for materials starting from screws and factory equipment parts.
At Equal, we undertake the design and manufacturing of "conveying screws" for the beverage and food industries, as well as factory equipment parts made from materials such as "anti-mold grade" and "metal detection grade." *What is anti-mold grade? ⇒ A special resin material that prevents the growth of mold and bacteria. *What is metal detection grade? ⇒ A special resin material mixed with a small amount of metal that can be detected by metal detectors. 【Products Offered by Equal】 <1. Conveying Screws> In addition to short delivery times, low costs, and high quality, material selection is possible. While many screws are sourced from overseas, the longer delivery times have led to an increase in inquiries about switching to our company. <2. Factory Equipment Parts Made from Metal Detection Grade/Anti-Mold Grade> Metal detection grade can prevent accidental foreign matter contamination in food. Additionally, anti-mold grade prevents mold growth caused by equipment, reducing the possibility of food waste in the factory. By selecting materials that contribute to the prevention of equipment deterioration, we believe we can reduce the use of natural materials that are the raw materials for alternatives, thereby contributing to social issues such as "SDGs." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. With our proposals, we will realize your requests!
